Watermark Restaurant approached Horton Group to develop a strategic marketing campaign and design a new website with the goal of attracting new clients and increasing reservations.
Founded in late November 2005, Watermark Restaurant manifests the spirit of the new Nashville restaurant scene. Diners enjoy refined cuisine, Southern elegance, dramatic skyline views and the urban sophistication of the Gulch.
As Watermark prepared to launch their first-ever brunch menu, they needed a strategic marketing campaign that would attract an upscale clientele including Nashville locals, visiting executives and young professionals. Although the restaurant’s menu reflected the sophistication of their location and clientele, their print design and online presence required a boost. In the ever-changing and competitive restaurant market, they needed a vibrant campaign and an inspiring website to motivate diners to make reservations.
Horton Group worked closely with Watermark executives to develop a simple and attractive Valentine’s Day Facebook advertising, a banner ad for Nashville Lifestyles and several 30-second NPR radio spots emphasizing the restaurant’s menu, location, and ambience. The new, image rich and mobile first WordPress website is clear, modern and elegant. Users can easily make reservations using an OpenTable integration and request a private dining consultation. Within 10 days, Watermark’s Valentine’s Day brunch was fully booked.
